You don’t have to feel anxious about the possibility of falling ill when cruising on the Balmoral. The ship has a medical center and each cruise has the services of a medical doctor. However, since the ship operates on the open waters, there is a charge involved for any medical attention you may need. The fees are posted in the Atrium and in your cabin.

Meet new friends in the card room where you can wile away many hours at sea. The chairs are very comfortable and there is plenty of room for card tables. In addition to playing cards, there is a fine selection of board games that you can choose from to challenge your friends. These games are suitable for all levels so children can also find entertainment in this room. During the times of the year when school is out and families are cruising together, there are daytime activities for the children in the Arts and Crafts Room of the ship.

The Balmoral is equipped with a coin-operated launderette for the convenience of the passengers. This means that you don’t have to make sure you pack enough clean clothes for each day of your cruise because you can do laundry as you need it.
